Schedule a Call with a HESC Loan Representative When it’s Convenient for You

Please note that this calendar is to schedule an appointment to speak with an agent regarding your student loan only.  Do NOT use this calendar if you have questions related to your grant or scholarship as our loan agents will be unable to assist you. If you are looking to schedule a call because you received a notification that Trellis Company will become the designated guarantor on your Federal Family Loan Program (FFELP) student loan(s) currently guaranteed by New York State Higher Education Services Corporation effective on or after February 20, 2023, please be aware that this is a required notification and there is no action needed on your part, even if you believe that you received the message in error or have fully repaid your loan. If you have an outstanding balance on your FFELP loan, please continue to keep in contact with your current servicer or lender in reference to direct payments or with any questions.

Reservations are available Monday through Friday from 8am to 3:30pm ET (excluding holidays).

Once your selection is made, a HESC loan representative will contact you on the date and within the 30 minute time frame you've selected. While HESC will make every effort to contact you within that time frame, please keep in mind that a high volume of call requests could cause a slight delay.
