Schedule a Call with HESC when it’s Convenient for You
Important Notice
Please be aware that a high volume of call requests may result in delays in scheduling an appointment with a HESC representative or delays in your scheduled call time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
How You Can Help:
- HESCPIN Assistance: Use the HESCPIN Assistance form to help with unlocking or resetting your HESCPIN account.
- Upload Documentation: Please ensure all required documentation is uploaded through the student portal. HESC is processing documents in the order they are received.
- Appointments: Please do not schedule more than one appointment with HESC. Please cancel any appointments that are no longer needed by using the link in your confirmation email.
Preparing for your Appointment:
- Please ensure that you have the account holder’s identifying information. You will be asked for the Name, DOB, and last four digits of SSN or entire Student ID of the individual.
- Ahead of your scheduled appointment review any messages or notifications that you have received about the account and have available any requested information so that we may assist.
- Please have access to a laptop/computer and be available to access the account during the appointment.
