Representatives are available from 8:30 am to 4:30, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Once your selection is made, a HESC representative will contact you on the date/time you indicated. While HESC will make every effort to contact you within the time frame selected, please keep in mind that a high volume of call requests could cause a slight delay.

*** If you are a 2020-21 Excelsior/ETA scholarship applicants seeking an update on your award, please note that the COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically reduced state revenues and the processing of new applications is pending on federal assistance, which has been delayed since April. Excelsior Scholarship awards may have to be reduced and/or prioritized for current recipients as provided for under the program. We will update you as more information becomes available. We also encourage applicants to check their HESC student accounts frequently for updates***
